- The job, by its address
- What you tapped, and what happened instead of what you expected
- A screenshot, if you can take one
- Whether you were on a phone or a computer
Never send your password. Nobody from Firmabuilt will ask for it.
Can't sign in?
On the sign-in page, type your email, then tap Forgot password? and a reset link comes by email. If you were invited, open the invite link your company sent you.
Your information
To delete your account, open the menu in the top right of Firmabuilt and choose Delete account. To get a copy of your information, email the same address. What Firmabuilt keeps, and who can see it, is in the privacy policy.
